March 2005. The Miele Company officially opened their new ‘Experience Centre’ at the UK headquarters in Abingdon.  The brand new £2.5 million building showcases both domestic and commercial products under one roof, with the very latest technology used to enhance the conference and training facilities.

The occasion was also used to launch a new range of professional washing machines and tumble dryers.  The ‘Innovation M’ range offers washing machines with load capacities from 10kg up to 32kg, all with the latest ‘Profi M’ electronic controller and ’honeycomb’ drum for a kinder cleaning action.  Significantly, all standard washing machines are now listed as approved fittings by WRAS: the Water Research Council.  The new ‘Profi M’ tumble dryers ranging from 10kg to 20kg also feature the honeycomb drum, designed to be less wearing on your laundry.
